Biography

Mr. Fink has served as a director of Hornbeck Offshore Services, Inc. since September 2026 and currently serves on the Compensation Committee and as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Fink has been a director of Innovex International, Inc. since July 2024 where he serves as chair of the Audit Committee. Mr. Fink was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation from November 2018 until its acquisition by Occidental Petroleum Corporation in August 2019. He served as Chairman of NYSE-listed Western Gas Partners, LP and Western Gas Equity Partners L.P. from 2018 to 2019, as the President & CEO of both entities from 2017 to 2018, and as their Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2009 to 2017. Mr. Fink served as an independent director and Audit Committee Chairman of Zimmer Energy Acquisition Corp., a Nasdaq-listed blank check company formed to seek investment opportunities in the energy transition space, from June 2021 to June 2023. Mr. Fink also currently serves on the board of directors of the parent companies of Salt Creek Midstream, LLC, a leading gatherer and processor of natural gas and crude oil in the Permian Basin.

Mr. Fink received a B.S. degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute. Mr. Fink was selected to serve as a director due to his financial expertise and executive experience with public companies in the energy sector.
